Lifeline Patient Advocates Services & Fees
We provide professional patient advocacy services tailored to your individual needs, with clear and transparent pricing. Our goal is to ensure you understand how our services work before moving forward, so there are no surprises.
All advocacy services are billed in advance through either a flat fee or a prepaid hourly retainer. We do not bill insurance or accept third-party reimbursement.

Payment & Retainer Policy
- Advance Payment Required: All services must be paid in advance before work begins.
- Initial Assessment Fee: The $650 Initial Assessment is a one-time flat fee and is non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
- Retainer Structure: Ongoing advocacy services are billed hourly through a prepaid retainer. The retainer amount is determined based on the level of support needed.
- Retainer Usage & Billing: Advocacy time is deducted from the retainer balance as services are provided. Balances are reviewed regularly.
- Unused Hours: Any unused retainer hours carry over into future months and remain on file until used. Once the retainer balance is depleted, a new retainer is required to continue services.
- Insurance: Patient advocacy services are not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance plans.
