We provide professional patient advocacy services tailored to your individual needs, with clear and transparent pricing. Our goal is to ensure you understand how our services work before moving forward, so there are no surprises.
Most clients begin with a structured level of support that includes a comprehensive assessment, a personalized healthcare plan, and ongoing advocacy. The level of support is tailored based on your situation and discussed during your consultation.
In situations involving hospitalization, surgery, or urgent medical needs, a higher level of advocacy support may be required. This is discussed in advance whenever possible so you can make informed decisions without unexpected changes.
All advocacy services are billed in advance through either a flat fee or a prepaid hourly retainer. We do not bill insurance or accept third-party reimbursement.

Payment & Retainer Policy
- Advance Payment Required: All services must be paid in advance before work begins.
- Initial Assessment Fee: The $650 Initial Assessment is a one-time flat fee and is non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
- Retainer Structure: Advocacy services are billed hourly through a prepaid retainer. The retainer amount is determined based on the level of support needed and discussed during your consultation.
- Retainer Usage: Time is deducted from the retainer balance as services are provided, including appointments, coordination, communication, and travel.
- Ongoing Support: Retainer balances are reviewed regularly. Once hours are used, additional retainers may be added to continue services without interruption.
- Unused Hours: Any unused hours remain on file and may be applied toward future services.
- Insurance: Patient advocacy services are not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance plans.
