Initial Assessment | $295 | If it is determined that Lifeline Patient Advocates is able to help the client’s situation, then an initial assessment is scheduled. This assessment will involve a 1-2 hour remote or in-person meeting to review the client’s health history, home situation, needs, medication list, healthcare concerns, and healthcare goals. A healthcare plan will be developed, and next steps will be discussed. | Prior to the assessment meeting (upfront) |
Medical Retainer | $625 | Following the initial assessment, if the client wishes to continue receiving assistance, liaison, and advocacy from Lifeline Patient Advocates for their healthcare needs, a retainer fee must be purchased. Upon receipt of payment for the retainer fee and the full execution of the contract, services will commence. The client will be provided with an itemized invoice outlining the utilization of the retainer fee and the remaining balance. Replenishment of the retainer fee will be necessary upon depletion to ensure the continuation of services. | Prior to receiving continued services (upfront) |
Ongoing Advocacy | $125/hour | This hourly rate applies to all advocacy services, whether provided in-person or remote, except for insurance advocacy, which has a different hourly rate. Clients have the option to purchase additional blocks of hours in advance, and payments can be made using cash, check, or credit card. | Prior to receiving continued services (upfront) |

Insurance Retainer | $750 | Following the initial assessment, should the client wish to retain Lifeline Patient Advocates for ongoing assistance, liaison, and advocacy for their insurance matters, a retainer fee must be purchased. Once payment for the retainer fee has been received and the contract is signed and fully executed, services will commence. The client will then receive an itemized invoice that clearly outlines the utilization of the retainer fee and indicates the remaining balance. Lifeline Patient Advocates Services & Fees
All pricing indicated above is subject to change.
Professional hourly rates will be deducted from the retainer on a weekly basis. Once the retainer is depleted, the retainer must be replenished for the continuation of services. Patient Advocacy Services are not reimbursed by insurance companies or government agencies.
Reduced Rate
Due to the nature of your situation, you may be offered a reduced rate for services with the exception of the Assessment Fee. The reduced rate will only affect the retainer fee(s), as there is no fee for the initial consultation and we do not offer a discount for the initial assessment. As we discussed and agreed, the retainer fee(s) is being calculated at ____% or ____ (fraction) of $125/hour (reduced rate) and can be renewed at any time. Retainer fees are due prior to services being rendered.
