Lifeline Patient Advocates Services & Fees

We provide professional patient advocacy services tailored to your individual needs, with clear and transparent pricing. All services are billed in advance through a flat fee or hourly retainer. Please note that we do not bill insurance or accept third-party reimbursement.

Initial Assessment & Plan $700 A comprehensive review of your medical history, home environment, current needs, medications, and goals. Includes a personalized healthcare plan. Due prior to assessment
Ongoing Advocacy $150/hour Billed through a prepaid retainer, with hours applied directly toward services. The retainer amount is based on your level of support needed. Paid via retainer (upfront)
Travel Time $75/hour Billed for travel to and from appointments or facilities. Deducted from the retainer balance. Included in retainer

Payment & Retainer Policy

  • Advance Payment: All services must be paid upfront before they begin.
  • Flat Fee Services: The $700 Initial Assessment is a one-time fee and non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
  • Retainer Usage: Hourly services are prepaid through a retainer. Fees are deducted weekly from your balance.
  • Rollover of Hours: Any unused retainer hours will carry over into future months and remain on file until used. Once the balance is depleted, a new retainer is required to continue services.
  • No Insurance Billing: Advocacy services are not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance plans.
