Lifeline Patient Advocates Services & Fees

We provide professional patient advocacy services tailored to your individual needs, with clear and transparent pricing. All services are billed in advance through a flat fee or hourly retainer. Please note that we do not bill insurance or accept third-party reimbursement.

Initial Assessment & Plan $700 (Flat Fee) A comprehensive review of your medical history, home environment, current needs, medications, and goals. Includes a personalized healthcare plan. Due prior to assessment
Ongoing Advocacy $150/hour Advocacy services tailored to your situation, including appointment support, provider communication, care coordination, and follow-up. Paid via retainer (upfront)
Travel Time $75/hour Billed for travel to and from appointments or facilities. Deducted from the retainer balance. Included in retainer
Discounted Hourly Rate $135/hour (40+ hours/month) Clients who require 40 or more hours of support per month receive a 10% discount on hourly services. Paid via retainer (upfront)

Payment & Retainer Policy

  • Advance Payment Required: Services begin once payment is received. All hourly services are prepaid through a retainer.
  • Retainer Usage: Hourly fees are deducted weekly from your retainer. To continue services beyond the initial balance, the retainer must be replenished.
  • Flat Fee Services: The $700 initial assessment is a one-time, non-refundable fee once the service is delivered.
  • No Insurance Billing: Advocacy services are not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance plans.
