We provide professional patient advocacy services tailored to your individual needs, with clear and transparent pricing. All services are billed in advance through a flat fee or hourly retainer. Please note that we do not bill insurance or accept third-party reimbursement.

Payment & Retainer Policy
- Advance Payment Required: Services begin once payment is received. All hourly services are prepaid through a retainer.
- Retainer Usage: Hourly fees are deducted weekly from your retainer. To continue services beyond the initial balance, the retainer must be replenished.
- Flat Fee Services: The $700 initial assessment is a one-time, non-refundable fee once the service is delivered.
- No Insurance Billing: Advocacy services are not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance plans.
