30 min Consultation Free A brief initial phone conversation to discuss your healthcare needs and determine if Lifeline Patient Advocates can assist. N/A
Initial Assessment $450  A comprehensive review of your health history, home situation, needs, medication list, healthcare concerns, and goals. A personalized healthcare plan will be developed to guide your care. Prior to the assessment meeting (upfront)
Retainer  $1,350 If you choose to continue services, this fee covers a minimum of 10 hours at $135/hour. It ensures ongoing advocacy and liaison support. Services begin once the retainer is paid and the contract is executed. An itemized invoice will be provided. Prior to receiving continued services (upfront)
Ongoing Advocacy $135/hour For clients who prefer to pay as they go. Additional hours may be purchased in blocks of 5 or 10 at the same hourly rate. Prior to receiving continued services (upfront)
Travel Time $50-$75/hour Travel time is billed based on distance and will be deducted from the retainer. Will be deducted from the retainer

Lifeline Patient Advocates Services & Fees

All pricing indicated above is subject to change.

Professional hourly rates will be deducted from the retainer on a weekly basis. Once the retainer is depleted, the retainer must be replenished for the continuation of services. Patient Advocacy Services are not reimbursed by insurance companies or government agencies.
